International Guests

Process for Invitation Letter:

If you are an international guest, and are requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes, please follow the below process.

  1. Contact your local Ameer with your intent for an invitation letter to US Jalsa Salana.
  2. Have your local Ameer send the request to Wakalat Tabsheer London
  3. The request, once approved from Wakalat Tabsheer London will be submitted to Ameer Jamaat USA.
  4. Once Ameer Jamaat USA receives the approval letter, an invitation letter will be sent to you directly by the General Secretary Office USA.

Registration:

Please complete the registration form before Jalsa Salana. Upon arrival at Jalsa Gah, there will be a dedicated registration line for "International Guests" where you will be able to pick up for Jalsa ID Badge.

Accommodation and Transportation:

We will do our best to accommodate your housing and transportation needs. Transportation will be available from Thursday, July 13th to Sunday, July 16th with pickups and drop-offs from all major local airports. Please fill out the transportation request form prior to arrival.
